The solid-core DC Current Sensor series provides precise, non-intrusive monitoring of high-amperage DC circuits from 500 A to 2500 A. Its sealed magnetic core slips over busbars or cables during installation, eliminating the need to disconnect or splice conductors and preserving system uptime. Engineered for DC energy-meter integration, the sensor delivers galvanically-isolated 500 mV and 471 mV auxiliary outputs that feed directly into power-quality analyzers, data loggers and IoT gateways.
Standard RJ11 and RJ45 modular connectors speed plug-and-play wiring while maintaining secure, low-noise signal transmission. Rugged encapsulation withstands heat, vibration and harsh industrial environments, ensuring long-term stability and calibration retention.
