Current Type Voltage Transducersx

J&D sells several different series of voltage transformers in various sizes, voltage ranges, and IEEE C57.13 or IEC 61869-3 accuracy grades.
Voltage transformers (VT), also called potential transformers (PT), are a parallel connected type of instrument transformer.
A transformer is an electrical apparatus designed to convert alternating current from one voltage to another.
They are designed to present negligible load to the supply being measured and have an accurate voltage ratio and phase relationship to enable accurate secondary connected metering.
To select a VT, we recommend first deciding on a style, either a Mounting then select the model you need based on the maximum load voltage you are measuring and the size of the conductor being measured.
